Service of any such notice or other document by the Institute shall be deemed to have been effected at the expiration of 48 hours after the time<br \/>\nwhen such notice or other document is posted or sent electronically.<br \/>\nb. In proving such service it shall be sufficient to certify that the cover containing such notice or other document was properly addressed, stamped<br \/>\nand posted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipients of Notices<\/strong><br \/>\na. Notice shall be given to each relevant member, except those members who have not supplied to the Institute a postal or electronic address.<br \/>\nb.
