President<br \/>\nii. Three Vice Presidents<br \/>\niii. General Secretary<br \/>\niv. Assistant Secretary\/Treasurer<br \/>\nv. Four committee members and appointed members as are prescribed from time to time in this constitution<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;It may act notwithstanding any form of vacancy in its composition and shall prescribe all matters concerning the manner, conduct and timing of elections, including the procedures for nominating candidates, the periods of office of elected members, eligibility for reelection, and the procedure for dealing with casual vacancies in accordance with this the institute Election Guidelines in Schedule 2.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Appointed members<br \/>\nAppointed members of Council shall be nominated by the institute in accordance with the institute Election Guidelines and the Council shall prescribe all matters relating to the appointment and tenure of such appointed members.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Honorary Officers<br \/>\na. All Elected Council members shall be Honorary Officers of the Institute. Out of pocket expenses to attend meetings and commitments of the institute shall be paid according to existing rates.<br \/>\nb. The Council may exercise the power of delegation at any time and under any conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;724&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221; gap=&#8221;35&#8243; equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221; rtl_reverse=&#8221;yes&#8221; el_class=&#8221;secbreak&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;722&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;Cessation of Membership of the National Council<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A member of the National Council may tender his\/her resignation by notice to the Council and on its acceptance by the National Council, but not until then, he\/she shall cease to be a member of the National Council.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Election of the National Council Members<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Elected members of the National Council shall be elected by the voting members of the Institute in accordance with this constitution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;Conduct and Timing of Elections<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The election of council members shall be conducted every two years, which shall be equivalent to one term.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Eligibility for Re-election<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Elected members shall be eligible for re-election on the completion of one term upon being voted out in a scheduled election.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;Election Process<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">a. Members of the National Council shall be elected at an Annual General Meeting by secret ballot as guided by the Elections Guidelines in Schedule 2 of this Constitution for such a period as provided in this constitution and they shall also form the members of the National Council. The office of all elected National Council Members shall be honorary.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">b.
