Eligible applicants must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a valid Fiji EEZ fishing licence for each vessel they represent.<\/li>\n<li>Be formally appointed by their company to act on its behalf.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a Chartered Accountant\u2019s certificate (Fiji-registered certificate of public practice) confirming that the company:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\u201cOwns and controls\u201d the licensed vessels, and<\/li>\n<li>\u201cAssumes the financial risks\u201d associated with them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Associate Membership<\/h3>\n<p>Open to representatives of companies whose vessels are authorised under the Offshore Fisheries Management Decree to fish on the high seas.
